What are the characteristics of plants and animals

This is funny question, I guess. The plants have distinct characteristics from the animals. Such as-

• Plants have root, stem, branches, leaves, flowers, etc while animals have legs, eyes, earsand other limbs
• Plants are rooted in one place, so cannot move from one place to another as and when wish but animals can do that
• Plants prepare their food by themselves while animals depend on plants and other animals for their foods
• Animals yield babies while plants have flowers and fruits
