What are the difference between flowering and non-flowering plants

I cannot explain much of differences between flowering and non-flowering plants. So far as I can remember are:

1. The bodies of non-flowering plants are not divided into stem, roots and leaves where the bodies of flowering plants are divided into stem, roots and leaves etc.
2. Non-flowering plants as the name suggest have no flower, thus, do not have flower, fruit or seed where flowering plants have all those.
3. For non-flowering plants, branches are not grown in their stems but for flowering plants, branches are grown in their stems.
